Our mission is to extend that same feeling to you.
The good part is that you may qualify for some luxury homes out in the market now without even knowing it!

Contact us, and let’s set something up.

Purchasing a luxury home is like making two commitments simultaneously.
The first commitment you make is financial. Nonetheless, owning a home is a far better investment than renting a home, as you’re building long-term value.
The second commitment you make is your lifestyle. For instance, the type of lifestyle you would have as a renter would be completely different as a homeowner.
Wouldn’t you agree that you would have more freedom and resources to raise a family in an owned home within a great neighborhood?
As a potential home buyer, have you thought about the rewards of buying a home?
Based on my experience working with many home buyers, here are the rewards to name a few:

  • Upgraded lifestyle
  • Networking (affluent neighbors)
  • Exclusive living space
  • More accessible resources (i.e., garage, yard)
  • Living in your ideal neighborhood
  • A better way to invest your money (owning a home is an asset)
  • Stability, security, and permanence
  • Pride of ownership,
  • And much, much more!

With an impeccable global and local reach and a list of affluent individuals’ contacts, The DC Team at Long & Foster Real Estate makes finding the right buyer for your luxury home more effortless and a smooth ride.
One of the skills we use in homeowners sell their houses for the perfect price; faster is home staging…
It is a tool used to display your home’s most spectacular features and enables clients to envision moving in. The difference between getting multiple offers and no offers is this process.
Staging will also have a considerable influence on your home’s offering price and the profits it can generate.
Many researchers have found that homes with a positive staging have sold about 17% higher than non-staged homes.
The process of staging is not complicated. Indeed, it will be our privilege to help you build your home correctly if you need help.

We encourage you to the first step and become one step closer to owning your luxury home. We’re more than happy to lead the way. You can even do your own research.
Our experience assures you will be at the table with a qualified broker. Charlotte will ensure that the deal is worth your money and secures you from any loss typical to first-time home buyers.
